Lectures on MEMS by Professors Zongming Guo and Feng Zhou

Professors Zongming Guo(He-Nan Normal Univ.) and Feng Zhou(ECNU) will give a series of lectures on MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) from mid September to mid October, 2012.
